Nice little church that has been used as a dance studio for many years. Beautiful wood plank flooring has been installed on the 2 dance floors. The kitchen is used as a dance area and comes complete with a refrigerator and microwave. There are 6 tables and 20 chairs, as well as a piano, organ, sound system, 2 desks and a dehumidifier. It has well water and comes equipped with a water softener. There are 11 wooden pews, some of which are stored in the attic that has access by a pull-down stairway. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 utility room off the kitchen and 1 office or Sunday school room at the front of the church. The exterior doors and roof need work but it is totally usable as it sits now.
